How to Use
(1) Draw a line along the part of the under-eye area you want to look plumper
(2) Immediately after drawing the line, blend it with your finger to create your naturally plump under-eye bags

• The lead is very soft, so please extend it about 1mm before use.
• Please note that the lead cannot be retracted once extended.
• When using for the first time, rotate the container several times until the lead is extended.
